Had a scare yesterday. I went to log into Flash, which popped up this message saying the "License had gone out" and in order to fix this, I needed to uninstall/re-install the program or seek help from customer service.
Naturally, I tried uninstalling it....but it didn't wanna leave... Seriously, I was in the add/remove section of the control panel...and it stubbornly refused to uninstall.
So, I had to seek help. And, not to sound racist or anything...but how come 8 out of 10 times it's always someone with a strong Indian accent that is answering these calls? Plenty of times, I had to ask him a second or third time what he said because it was hard to make out.
But, regardless, the guy did at least manage to help me out with my problem, and goddamn... was it long and annoying. I had to download some things from adobe, both of which failed to work, so then I had to download something else, and do this, and pull that....and ultimately it meant wiping the entire adobe files from my computer and then re-installing it all anew.... Oy....
Anyway, everything's fixed and I can work in Flash again and finish up my Sonic Flash for Sonic Paradox's Sonic Shorts: Volume 6 (sorry guys, I feel like crap being one of the people responsible for the delay.
